Are you (RCD) protected?

Recently we've come across a few switchboards without Residual Current Device (RCD) protection. RCD acts like an electrical lifeguard, constantly monitoring the flow of electricity. If it detects an imbalance—like when someone accidentally touches a live wire—it cuts the power in milliseconds, preventing severe electric shocks or even electrocution. After notifying our clients we completed a switchboard upgrade to resolve the problem.
